- If you require a different start or end time, please contact us before booking to request a custom tour time. Custom times are subject to availability and must be approved in advance.

- Your Private Itinerary: One of the best parts of a private tour is having the freedom to choose how you experience the Exuma Cays.
- Your group may select up to six attractions. You are also welcome to choose fewer stops if you would prefer to spend more time swimming, snorkeling, relaxing, or enjoying particular locations.
- Your captain will review your selected itinerary before departure.
- Attraction order is not guaranteed. Tides, weather, sea conditions, guest safety, and daily conditions may require your captain to change the order of stops or substitute an attraction when necessary.
- If there is a particular attraction where you would like to spend additional time, please discuss this with your captain before departure so your day can be planned accordingly.
Your itinerary does not have to include six stops. Choosing fewer attractions allows additional time to enjoy the locations that interest your group most. - Northern & Southern Attractions: Guests wishing to combine attractions from both routes must receive prior approval. Northern and southern attractions are located a significant distance apart, and travel between them will reduce the time available for stops and activities. Our team will review your selections to ensure the itinerary can be completed within your tour duration.

Your tour time will be selected based on your cruise ship's scheduled arrival and departure times. One of our customer service representatives will review your cruise itinerary after booking and coordinate your cruise port pickup, private charter flights, tour schedule, and return transportation accordingly.

PLANNING YOUR TOUR AROUND YOUR CRUISE ARRIVAL
- When selecting your tour time, please allow time for your ship to dock, guests to disembark, transportation to the airport, and your flight to the Exuma Cays.
- Cruise port pickup is generally scheduled approximately 30 minutes after your ship's arrival time to allow sufficient time for disembarkation. From there, you will be transported to the airport for your private charter flight, which takes approximately 30 minutes to reach the Exuma Cays.
- For example, if your cruise ship arrives in Nassau at 8:00 AM, your transportation may be scheduled for approximately 8:30 AM, with a flight around 9:00 AM and arrival in the Exuma Cays around 9:30 AM. In this case, the 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM tour would be the appropriate selection.
- Please select a tour time that allows sufficient travel time after your ship's arrival. Your customer service representative will review your cruise schedule after booking and confirm the final transportation, flight, and tour times.
