- Reasonable luggage is welcome.
- A signed liability waiver is required before departure.
- Custom routes may be available upon request.

- Reasonable luggage is included at no additional cost.
- If you're traveling with oversized luggage, coolers, fishing equipment, diving gear, or multiple large suitcases, please let us know before your transfer so we can recommend the most suitable vessel.

- Should weather or sea conditions make travel unsafe, we will first attempt to reschedule your transfer.
- If rescheduling isn't possible, a full refund will be issued in accordance with our Weather Policy.
