WHAT TO EXPECT
- Your day begins with a simple meet and greet at your designated meeting point.
- Guests staying on Black Point will meet at Lorraine's Café Dock.
- Guests staying on Staniel Cay will meet at Staniel Cay Yacht Club Dock.
- Guests staying on nearby Cays will be provided with their designated meeting point and instructions by one of our customer service representatives.
- Your captain will be waiting to welcome you and begin your private boat experience.
- You will spend approximately three hours on the water, exploring up to three attractions selected by your group.
- At the end of your tour, you will return to your designated meeting point.

TOUR DURATION & DEPARTURE TIMES
- Your private experience includes approximately 3 hours on the water.
- Guests departing from the Exuma Cays may choose between two tour times:
- Morning Tour: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Afternoon Tour: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM - Your preferred departure time can be selected during the booking process and is subject to availability.
- Guests should arrive at their designated meeting point in sufficient time to check in and be ready for their scheduled departure.
- All times are approximate and may vary due to weather, tides, sea conditions, operational requirements, and your departure location. Your confirmed meeting point and departure information will be provided before your tour.
- Make It Fit Your Schedule: Whether you're arriving by yacht, staying on Black Point or Staniel Cay, visiting from a nearby Cay, or simply planning the perfect island day, having both morning and afternoon departure options makes it easier to fit your adventure into your vacation schedule.
- Choose a morning experience and enjoy the rest of your afternoon at your leisure, or select an afternoon departure and spend your morning relaxing, exploring, or enjoying lunch before your tour.
- If you require a departure time outside of our standard morning or afternoon tour times, please contact us before booking. Custom tour times may be available upon request and are subject to availability and prior approval.

Flexible Scheduling: With both morning and afternoon tour options, you can choose the experience that works best with your vacation plans. Custom departure times may also be requested when additional flexibility is needed.

ADDITIONAL TOUR INFORMATION
- Your Private Itinerary: One of the best parts of a private tour is having the freedom to choose how you experience the Exuma Cays.
- Your group may select up to three attractions. You are also welcome to choose fewer stops if you would prefer to spend more time swimming, snorkeling, relaxing, or enjoying particular locations.
- Your captain will review your selected itinerary before departure.
- Attraction order is not guaranteed. Tides, weather, sea conditions, guest safety, and daily conditions may require your captain to change the order of stops or substitute an attraction when necessary.
- If there is a particular attraction where you would like to spend additional time, please discuss this with your captain before departure so your day can be planned accordingly.
- Your itinerary does not have to include three stops. Choosing fewer attractions allows additional time to enjoy the locations that interest your group most.
- Northern & Southern Attractions: Guests wishing to combine attractions from both routes must receive prior approval. Northern and southern attractions are located a significant distance apart, and travel between them will reduce the time available for stops and activities.
- This is particularly important for the Half-Day Experience because of the shorter three-hour tour duration. Our team will review your selections to ensure the itinerary can be completed within your available tour time.

- All prices are listed in BSD. The Bahamian dollar is maintained at parity with the U.S. dollar (BSD $1 = USD $1).
- This departure option is for guests staying on or departing from Black Point, Staniel Cay, or nearby Cays.
- Flights are not required or included with this departure option.
- Ground transportation to your departure dock is not included.
- Black Point guests meet at Lorraine's Café Dock.
- Staniel Cay guests meet at Staniel Cay Yacht Club Dock.
- Guests staying on nearby Cays will receive their designated meeting point and instructions from one of our customer service representatives.
- Morning tours operate approximately 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

- Upon arrival at Black Point or Staniel Cay, your captain will be waiting to welcome you and begin your private boat experience.
- You will spend approximately three hours on the water, exploring up to three attractions selected by your group.

TOUR DURATION & START TIMES
- The boat portion of your experience is approximately 3 hours.
- Hotel pickup generally begins around 7:00 AM.
- Your flight from Nassau is scheduled to depart at approximately 8:30 AM.
- The tour operates from approximately 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
- Lunch follows immediately after the tour.
- The scheduled return flight generally departs Black Point or Staniel Cay at approximately 2:45 PM, arriving back in Nassau at approximately 3:30 PM. Your private driver will meet you upon arrival for transportation back to your accommodation, which generally takes approximately 15–35 minutes depending on your location and traffic.
- All times are approximate and may vary due to airline schedules, weather, operational requirements, and other conditions outside of our control. Your confirmed pickup and departure information will be provided before your tour.
PRIVATE FLIGHT & CUSTOM SCHEDULING OPTIONS
- Prefer a schedule that works around your plans? Private charter flight options are available for guests who would like additional flexibility.
- If you would prefer to return to Nassau shortly after your tour ends rather than wait for the scheduled afternoon commercial flight, we can arrange a private charter flight from Black Point or Staniel Cay back to Nassau.
- Private charter flights may also be arranged for guests who would like to customize their departure and return times, allowing greater flexibility when planning your day in the Exuma Cays.
- Private charter flights are available at an additional cost and are subject to aircraft availability, weather, and operational conditions.

Higher Reliability: Flying eliminates the lengthy open-ocean crossing between Nassau and the Exuma Cays. Because our boat tour begins within the Cays, we travel primarily through the more protected waters surrounding the islands rather than spending hours crossing open ocean.
This means conditions that may prevent or make a long offshore crossing uncomfortable do not necessarily prevent us from operating within the Cays, giving our tours a lower risk of weather-related cancellation while also providing a more comfortable experience on the water.
