WHAT TO EXPECT
- Guests staying on Black Point will be picked up and taken directly to the beach retreat location.
- Guests staying on Staniel Cay or other nearby Exuma Cays may make their way to Black Point for the experience or arrange our optional Boat Transfer Service for pickup and return transportation from their respective Cay.
- Our team will coordinate your meeting location, timing, and any applicable transportation arrangements before your experience.
- Once you arrive at the beach, everything is ready for you.
- Your private cabana and lounge chairs provide your home base for the day while your personal beach host helps make sure you have what you need.
- From there, your time is yours.
- Swim, snorkel, paddleboard, float in the turquoise water, enjoy the included watersports, take photographs, or simply relax beneath your cabana.
- You will have approximately 5 hours to enjoy your beach retreat, including time for lunch.
- At the end of the experience, guests staying on Black Point will be returned to their original pickup point.
- Guests visiting from surrounding Cays with pre-arranged boat transportation will be returned according to their confirmed transfer schedule.

EXPERIENCE DURATION & START TIMES
- The Black Point Beach Retreat lasts approximately 5 hours, including time for lunch.
- Departure times for guests staying within the Exuma Cays are flexible and will be coordinated according to your location, availability, and transportation requirements.
- Guests staying on Black Point will receive their confirmed pickup time before the experience.
- Guests traveling from another Cay should allow additional time for transportation to and from Black Point.
- If you are adding our Boat Transfer Service, your customer service representative will coordinate your pickup and return times as part of your arrangements.
- All times are approximate and may vary due to weather, sea conditions, transportation requirements, and other operational considerations.

- From Nassau, you will take a scenic flight of approximately 30 minutes to Black Point Cay in the heart of the Exuma Cays.
- Along the way, enjoy incredible aerial views of the islands, sandbanks, and turquoise waters below.
- Upon arrival, our team will welcome you and coordinate your transfer to your Black Point Beach Retreat experience.
- Once you reach the beach, everything is ready for you.
- Your private cabana and lounge chairs provide your home base for the day while your personal beach host helps make sure you have what you need.
- From there, your time is yours.
- Swim, snorkel, paddleboard, float in the turquoise water, enjoy the included watersports, take photographs, listen to the waves, or simply relax beneath your cabana.
- You will have approximately 5 hours to enjoy your beach retreat, including time for lunch.
- At the end of your experience, we will coordinate your return for your flight back to Nassau.

- Hotel pickup generally begins around 7:00 AM.
- Your flight from Nassau is scheduled to depart at approximately 8:30 AM.
- Guests generally return to Nassau around 3:30 PM, followed by private transportation back to their accommodation.
- Ground transportation after arrival typically takes approximately 15–35 minutes, depending on your location and traffic.
