Planning and bookings can be so hectic and time consuming. Let us help you get answers quickly and efficiently.
How Do I Book?
Booking your experience with us is easy! Just follow these 3 steps:
1. Fill Out the Scheduling Form
Click Book Now. Look for your selected experience and complete the booking form. A reservation email will be sent once your request is received. Please read it in it's entirety and follow the link to sign your Release Waiver.
2. Receive Your Online Payment Link
You’ll be sent a secure link to pay your deposit online.
3. Complete Deposit Within 2 Hours
To hold your reservation, deposits must be made within 2 hours of receiving the link.
Once deposit is confirmed your booking is automatically confirmed. You will be sent instructions with your itinerary and driver details.
Final balance can be paid in cash or card on the day of your excursion!
If the deposit is not received within that timeframe, your booking will be automatically canceled.
4. Complete All Required Waivers & Agreements
Some experiences require signed waivers or rental agreements. These must be completed and submitted prior to your tour date. Failure to submit required documents in advance may result in delays, penalties, or forfeiture of the experience without refund.
Payment Options
We offer a secure online payment link for deposits that accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
In person transactions we also accept all major credit cards including MasterCard visa and American Express.
Flight Options
Although we are located on Blackpoint Exuma our tours start from Staniel Cay as the Departure dock is Adjacent to the Airport Terminal.
Flights From Nassau/ GeorgetownÂ
We handle all flight bookings for guests traveling from Nassau or Georgetown to the Exuma Cays. Once your deposit is confirmed, our team will arrange your round-trip flights for you.
Chartered Flights
Private and semi-private charters can also be arranged upon request.
Boating From Nassau
We do not offer boat rides from Nassau, however we do offer the option to take a short scenic flight.
Tax and Gratuity
Taxes are included in all prices , cash payments eligible for discount
Gratuities are not mandatory but they are appreciated by our Captains
Special Diet
Feel free to advise on your special dietary needs during your booking process.
Special preparations are made for each guest with allergies or specific diet requirements once we are advised.
Boating from Georgetown
We do not offer boat rides from Georgetown Exuma, however we do offer the option to take a short scenic flight.
Weather Policy
Weather can be unpredictable, and at times conditions may require us to delay or reschedule your activity.
If we must reschedule and you are unable to join on the new date, you will receive a full refund for both your activity and your flights booked through Great Guana Cay Adventures.
Please note that we are unable to modify or refund flights that were booked independently outside of our company.
Changing Room & Lockers
It is best to come dressed for your tour with swimsuits/ trunks and necessary coverups
There are no changing rooms once you arrive on the island
There are no bathrooms onboard
There are only two locations on the tours with a restroom
There are no personal lockers for storage, the boat has small cabins for storage of small backpacks
Eligible Participants
Our activities are accessible for all ages
Although we take a more safe approach by traveling more inland away from rough seas, also by allowing you to take a short flight here to the island rather than a long boat ride across the open ocean we are not health care physicians and have no professional insight on your personal medical history with your abilities or physical capacity
Therefore If you are currently pregnant, disabled or physically impaired it would be best to seek medical advice from your healthcare physician before booking with us.
Discounts & Special Rates
We believe in giving back to our guests who have supported us over the years.
Returning guests who have left reviews are eligible for special rates , reach out to our customer service represenatives for more information.
While we do recognize the service and fortitude of all special forces and medical professionals, we do not offer special rates for military or essential workers.
Locals are welcome to call us for specialised local rates !
Cancelation Policy
In the event you have to cancel for any reason you should do so within 72 hours of your activity's start time.
Once you cancel before 72 hours of your activity you will receive a 50% refund.
Activities are non refundable if you cancel less than 72 hours of the start time of your activity
Captain Malie
As this company has expanded we have brought on a few more licensed Captains other than Captain Malie
Captains are given based on availability
Captain Malie can be requested in advance and we will do our very best to accommodate you based on his availibility
What to Bring
There is exposure to the Sun during our tours it is recommended to come prepared for that exposure with sunhats, sunshirts , and sunscreen.
To capture the memories onboard it is recommended to bring a waterproof camera, or a waterproof case for your phone.
We provide towels and snorkeling gear therefore there is no need to bring your own. However if you prefer to bring your own that is absolutely fine.
For flights with Titanair passports are not required . A regular government issued ID such as a Driver's License would be sufficient
Passports are required for flights with Flamingoair.
Extra cash for souvenirs, and gratuities
Itinerary
Attraction sites listed are not necessarily visited in the order placed
Captains use their discretion on the day of a tour to maximize on the most intimate , hassle free experience. They determine the order in which sites are visited based on their expertise
Some sites like the Thunderball Grotto , Starfish Flats and Sandbar with the Ocean Swing visits are heavily dependent on the tides, wind and season of the year
Departing Airport
When flying with Titanair the departure airport is called General Aviation, a private terminal a few blocks away from the international airport
When flying with Flamingoair, the departure airport is the same as the International airport on the Domestic side for interisland travel
When flying with any chartered flight the departure airport will be discussed upon booking
Discounts & Special Rates
We believe in showing appreciation to guests and partners who continue to support Great Guana Cay Adventures. Select guests may qualify for special rates based on eligibility and verification. All discounts are subject to availability and may not be combined unless otherwise stated.
Returning Guests
Guests who have previously booked with us and shared feedback or a review may be eligible for a returning guest rate on a future experience.
Verification:
Previous booking details and proof of review may be required. Please contact our team directly for eligibility confirmation.
Local Residents
Bahamian residents may qualify for specially adjusted local rates on select experiences.
Verification:
A valid Bahamian government-issued ID is required. Local rates are not automatically applied online and must be requested directly through our team.
Influencers & Content Creators
We collaborate selectively with influencers and content creators whose brand, audience, and content align with our experiences.
All collaborations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability, content requirements, and prior approval. Complimentary or reduced-rate experiences are not guaranteed.

Third-Party & Agent Booking Refund Policy
Bookings made through third-party agents, concierges, or referral partners may be paid for directly to those parties. Such bookings may include separate service or referral fees set by the agent. These fees are not collected by Great Guana Cay Adventures and are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason.
Great Guana Cay Adventures’ refund and weather policies apply only to the portion of the booking related to the experience itself and are subject to the applicable refund tier, which may include full refunds, partial refunds, or non-refundable bookings, depending on the experience type, timing of cancellation, and specific terms outlined at the time of booking.
In the event of a cancellation, reschedule, or refund due to weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons, Great Guana Cay Adventures will refund only the experience-related amount actually received by us, in accordance with our stated policies, to the booking agent or referring partner.
The booking agent or referring partner is solely responsible for issuing any applicable refunds to the client and for communicating their own service or referral fee policies. Great Guana Cay Adventures is not responsible for refunding, disputing, or enforcing fees charged by third-party agents, concierges, or referral partners.
Refunds for third-party bookings are processed only to the original booking agent and not directly to the guest.
Guests are encouraged to review all terms, disclosures, and refund policies provided by their booking agent prior to confirming their reservation.
While we deeply appreciate the service of special forces and medical professionals, we currently do not offer discounts for military or essential workers.
