CANCELLATION POLICY

  • To receive a 50% refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start of your activity.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

WEATHER POLICY

We prioritize the safety of our guests and understand that weather conditions can be unpredictable.

  • If adverse weather prevents us from safely operating your tour, we will reschedule your activity at no additional cost.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund for the activity.

THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS

Please note that flights are booked separately through independent third-party providers. Our refund policy does not cover airline cancellations. We recommend reviewing the airline’s cancellation policy before booking your flight.
